Wax Pink Salon Reservation Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Purpose:

At Wax Pink Salon, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients and ensure that our specialists have sufficient time to prepare for each appointment.

The following policy is designed to help us optimize our appointment schedule and reduce the occurrence of empty slots due to last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Cancellation Policy:Advance Notice:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedules and accommodate other clients.

How to Cancel:

You can cancel your appointment by calling us directly at (310) 893-5702, through our online booking platform, or via email at info.waxpink@gmail.com.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy:

Missed Appointments:


If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Fee: No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Repeated No-Shows and Cancellations:

Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel at the last minute may be required to pre-pay for future services or may be declined future bookings.

Late Arrivals:

Handling Late Arrivals:

Clients who arrive late for their appointment will be accommodated as best as possible within their originally scheduled time.

However, the service may be adjusted so as not to delay the next scheduled client.

Excessive Lateness:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and subject to the no-show fee.

Exceptions: 

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will consider exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Communication: 

To ensure timely notice of your cancellation, we recommend contacting us directly by phone. Emails and online cancellations should be followed up if you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation from us within a reasonable time.

This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients and ensure that our staff are compensated for their time.
