Wax Pink Salon Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone, online through our website, or directly at our salon.
When booking, clients may be asked to provide personal information including their name, contact number, payment method and specific service requests.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments at our discretion, particularly in cases where client information cannot be reasonably verified.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients are required to notify us at least 12 hours in advance with no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late will be accommodated as best as possible within the remaining time of their scheduled appointment.
However, services may be adjusted to fit the remaining booking time.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payments
Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards. There will be a 50% deposit required at the time of booking and to finalize payments at the end of the services booked or any policy fees accrued.
Any remaining balance will be refunded in 5-15 business days.
Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
Prices for services are subject to change and may be updated on our website and in-salon literature.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any service received at our salon, please report it within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.
However, we do not offer refunds on services performed.
Refunds for products returned unused and in their original packaging may be considered within a specified period from the date of purchase.
6. Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their service when booking.
We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and health of our clients and staff.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected from clients will be used to manage appointments and communicate with clients about our services and promotions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Modifications to Terms
Wax Pink Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and will take effect immediately.
